@DeliverooHelp why are Deliveroo such scammers…. When I order things I expect to recieved them and if they’re not received I’m entitled to a refund for goods not provided. So why keep refusing to refund!!

@Uber I need to speak with someone about a hacker using my mums email address to create an uber account

@asda Trying to complete an online shop but payment section just grayed out so can’t re input bank card security code to complete checkout. Tried on 3 devices both on app and web browser and still the same

If you’re with @RAC you get free access to ‘Accident Care’ but don’t actually expect them to help you when it comes to having an accident. They just fob you off telling you you’re not covered and leave you abandoned to sort out recovery for yourself!

So @ubereats_uk thinks it’s acceptable for a hot drink order to take over an hour and a half to arrive. To arrive cold and then refuse to refund. Without actually giving a reason for this
