Looks like pay scales for postdocs are going to need a rethink! A @UKRI_News funded postdoc coming in on the starting grade would not cross this threshold until their fourth year at my university (with most postdocs only being three years anyway)!

I currently work 4 days a week (75% fte) and has done wonders for my mental health since my PhD.

Can confirm this would be a great project to work on! And a great lab group to be part of 😊
