@adhicutting I was a chain smoker, i smoked 60 cigarettes a day and over night stopped smoking, smoked for 15 years. It is been 3 months i am out of smoking. No craving or any such. I just had a strong will to stop. The day i believed 1 cigarette cannot decide my life, I stopped.
