9.98s!!🔥 Neo Mosebi (FSU) 🇿🇦 broke ground to a new Personal Best (PB) of 9.98s (1.9) to win the men's 100m title at the ACC Championships in Louisville! He beat Ian Johnson (Clemson) who ran 10.01 and Durian Moss (10.11). Mosebi is now the 11th South African to break 10 seconds over 100m.

@TUMI02GP I can only sing on my easy pace. I find this singing and dancing in buses take a whole lot more energy especially when attempting to set a good time in a race. I can never survive.

Training programs are diverse and relatively not synonymous. Ekurhuleni Athletics Club is hosting 60km run this weekend , they say it’s ideal time for comrades prep.

Wanted to do a 40km but coach said 3 hours on the road is enough. In fact even less. Said no long run is going to change anything at this point in the game. In fact, I’ll be tiring my legs out for nothing.

@MohauSam 3 as I took a break last year and this year is a family medal hopefully early bronze and if fine at 65km we chase time. The only issue for us is bathroom breaks and early start always cause that. We are late sleepers

@table_shakerZA The people who cheats are known. Majority of Runners have cheated in once in their lifetime I mean those who chase money, especially in the small races.
The problem people cheat too much not a little. In track you are allowed 1 cheat if 2 you get a DQ

I guess I understand why the cheatists chote to qualify. Even if they don’t finish they’ll still get this tshirt and the cap.

30 days left before runners line up from Durban to Pietermaritzburg. In my view, this is going to be a tricky one for some runners as most are already deloading. This is crunch time, with a lot of detraining likely to happen.
