Shiloh Hendrix Trial – Day 4 Update Court is back in session this morning. Prosecution rested yesterday. Defense just rested without putting Shiloh on the stand. Closing arguments are underway. A verdict could come today. Let’s be clear about what this circus is actually about: A mother catches a kid going through her belongings at a public park. She calls him a name. That’s it. For that, the state of Minnesota has dragged her into court, put her on trial, and is trying to brand her a criminal. It is completely outrageous that any American can be prosecuted for catching a thief and using a word. Not violence. Not threats. Not assault. Just words, after someone was caught stealing from her. This isn’t justice. It’s a political show trial designed to punish speech the regime dislikes.

I consider the day a success when I manage to trigger the NAACP in Georgia. This woman is accusing me of spreading conspiracy theories, which is ironic considering I’ve been doing the exact opposite - countering conspiracy theories with facts, documents, and evidence. Which is what I’ve ALWAYS done in every case I have worked on; provide the truth. I read through her comments, and she’s proving herself to be a complete hypocrite. While I genuinely appreciate that most people are defending me, she’s allowing - and even encouraging - the worst people in her comment section to spread conspiracy theories and defamatory claims about me and my family. I expect nothing less from people like her and her precious Ben Crump. Time and time again, they accuse others of doing the very thing they engage in themselves. Facts aren’t conspiracy theories just because they don’t fit your preferred agenda, sweetheart. Keep crying. Boop.

Let's be clear about exactly what transpired on that Minnesota playground last year. A White mom, Shiloh Hendrix, brought her White toddler to enjoy some playtime. While there, a Somali 8-year-old who is being used in a large-scale Somali autism scam attempted to steal from Shiloh Hendrix. Shiloh Hendrix caught the child stealing, and allegedly called him a “nigger.” That's when a known Somali sex pest, unrelated to the child (not his uncle as first reported), began filming Shiloh Hendrix, haranguing her for not facilitating the younger Somali's burgeoning criminal career. The Somali sex pest continued accosting Shiloh Hendrix as she was trying to leave the park. He used the word “nigger” three times himself before asking her, “Why don't you have the balls to say it right now again?” Shiloh Hendrix then defiantly responded, “Fuck you, nigger. Nigger nigger nigger.” Note that the Somali sex pest pursued Shiloh Hendrix throughout the interaction. She never sought to engage him. And, for the record, he also said “nigger” two more times as he continued browbeating her as she walked away. The Somali sex pest then immediately seized the opportunity to play victim and posted the video online. A tidal wave of performative anti-White outrage then ensued across social and mainstream media. Four months after Shiloh Hendrix committed zero crimes on the playground, anti-White prosecutors in Minnesota brought three preposterous charges of “disorderly conduct” against her. One was dropped pre-trial, and she now faces the remaining two counts of “disorderly conduct.” The first count is for saying “nigger” to the young Somali thief, and the second count is for saying “nigger” to the adult Somali sex pest. Yes, Shiloh Hendrix is being charged for saying “nigger” to a man after that man asked her to say “nigger.” Each count carries a maximum penalty of 90 days in jail and/or a $1,000 fine. The only “disorderly conduct” that took place that day came from the Somali park pirates - not Shiloh Hendrix. But no crime is higher than that of White people's words, so the only actual victim in this incident is now on trial for saying a word - demonstrating, once again, that White people are no longer protected by the First Amendment. The criminal prosecution of Shiloh Hendrix is yet another in a long list of flagrantly malicious anti-White persecutions. The purpose of a system is what it does. This is America's “justice” system.

🚨 Shiloh Trial Update, Day 3, Part 2 🚨 Shiloh’s attorney, Brian Karalus, methodically walked the father, Shire Jimale, through his testimony, allowing him to impeach himself on multiple key points, seemingly to the growing confusion or surprise of the jury. Jimale’s description of Shiloh’s conduct yesterday differed dramatically from his earlier statements to police. He struggled to reconcile those inconsistencies and repeatedly doubled and tripled down, even when confronted with clear evidence from prior recorded testimony. The testimony regarding fundraisers was especially bizarre. Jimale stated at least three or four times that he had not been involved in any fundraiser for himself or his family. When confronted with evidence showing otherwise, he initially refused to review it to refresh his memory. Moments later, he suddenly admitted working with the NAACP to raise money for his family and even knew the exact amount received. He then claimed he had full control of the funds with no conditions, insisting the NAACP had set up no trust and that all the money was deposited directly into his personal account without any stipulations. These were just a few examples. Additionally, the father initially said his son was 9 years old at the time of the incident. After the child’s birthday was clarified on the record, he was corrected, the boy was actually 8 years old at the time and is currently 10 years old. The State has now rested its case. The defense will call a few witnesses tomorrow morning, followed by closing arguments. I expect the case to go to the jury after the lunch break tomorrow. Jury instructions will include “breach of peace” language related to the disorderly conduct charges. One count involves Shiloh responding to the Somali man who filmed her, and the other involves her alleged conduct toward the child.

🚨 Shiloh Trial Update, Day 3 🚨 Shiloh’s attorney continued cross-examination of the father today. After asking the same question four different ways with the help of translators, the father admitted under oath that portions of his testimony from yesterday do not match his interview with investigators last year. Yesterday, the father claimed Shiloh ran after the boy not only to retrieve what was taken from her, but also because he believed she intended to strike, fight, or “rumble” with his son. Shiloh’s attorney pointed out that the original statement to investigators made no mention of that. The father was also asked multiple times whether he or his family had any involvement in a fundraiser. He answered “No” each time. Court is now on lunch recess.
