Recently, I received a call from our landlord at the metal and aluminium workshop. At first, he sounded like usual.. he needed money. No problem I said. Although we are not in arrears, we can arrange a few months ahead. He paused a bit. And then dropped the bombshell. “I am increasing the rent,” he said and mentioned a figure. The five year rent he wanted upfront could buy a sizable plot in Buwaate, where the workshop was located. We had leased an empty plot and put there all the temporary structures, electricity, toilets etc. Anyway, relentlessly, we embarked on finding financing at good rates to build our own workshop and we did. On 1 April 2026, we moved the workshop to Gayaaza-Ziroobwe Road, in our own premises. No more landlord shenanigans…. But to ensure I don’t post about a financier if they call and we don’t have money to pay them back…. Continue giving us jobs…. Any aluminium, metal engineering work… That way I won’t have to return to the village in Masaka…. mwebale bambi.

The Iranian regular army (Artesh) has about 420k active personnel. The IRGC has about 190k active personnel. The Basij which is a volunteer paramilitary under IRGC has about 600k combat-capable personnel. This makes Iran the country with the largest active military personnel in the entire Middle East, Turkiye included. Now tell how a country with this sheer number of active personnel be recruiting children when there's no ground invasion yet?? Western propaganda is definitely for the fools.

Rubio is a lying con artist. He doesn’t even bother to be precise when he lies about Iran’s nuclear program. 1- Iran does not have any underground “reactor", as he claims. It had one underground enrichment facility, built underground because of constant U.S. and Israeli threats to bomb it. Even that facility had been converted into a research center under the JCPOA and was under full IAEA safeguards and monitoring. So he lies again when he claims it was hidden from “public glare.” And, by the way, he’s not telling the American people that even that facility was destroyed during the 12-day war. 2- Rubio lies again when he says Iran was offered nuclear energy. Witkoff and Kushner were clueless about even the most rudimentary nuclear terminology, let alone the technical understanding needed to table a credible proposal. Ask @SecRubio why he didn’t even bother sending an experienced diplomat or a technical expert from his State Department to accompany those two clueless envoys? Why didn't you send someone who could at least understand what Iran was proposing, let alone formulate a credible offer of his own. If Witkoff and Kushner made an offer, you should release it to the public. This isn’t the Epstein files! It’s a formal proposal they supposedly presented to the Iranian delegation and the Omani mediator. So, release it if you don't have anything to hide! Forget the offer! Just release the handwritten notes they must have taken during the negotiations! 3- Rubio, being the con artist he is, knows perfectly well that Iran insisted on maintaining enrichment, like many other non-nuclear states that possess it, because it refused to be singled out and treated as an exception for Israel’s sake. He knows Iran was prepared to agree to a minimal level of enrichment and to close all pathways to militarization under a new deal. In fact, Iran had agreed both to strict limits on enrichment levels and to maintaining zero stockpiles. So why didn’t you even consider Iran’s offer? Why rush to attack it just two days before technical talks were scheduled in Vienna? 4- Rubio knows the United States and Israel attacked Iran in the middle of negotiations because they wanted that war for other reasons. And the reason is simple: Israel’s drive for expansion and the destruction of all countries in its vicinity. If Iran’s supposed “nuclear threat” were truly the justification, then why target schools, hospitals, universities, pharmaceutical companies, and steel factories across the country? Had Congress truly represented the American people, it would have impeached Trump and gotten rid of his gang of lying con men.

Such actions will bring the expressor to trial. Moreover, by now, the world should know exactly who is responsible for the "reign of terror," in Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Venezuela, Iran and elsewhere.
