I couldn't confirm that reported 70% Steam number exactly before, but now I can say that Marathon has roughly 2:1 Steam v console players at any given time, so pretty close

I didn't think I wanted a PvE mode in Marathon, but I’m actually hyped for it now. I can't remember the last time a dev team was so responsive and communicative with a playerbase, if ever. Despite the naysayers, I still believe we have something very special on our hands here.

Bookmark this. Marathon will see a big influx of players during the first week of Season 2... at least for those who haven’t already refunded the game on Steam. Don’t expect it to break the current peak of 88,337. Realistically, we’re looking at 50,000–70,000 at most, in line with typical Destiny numbers. Also expect the same drop off as well. Ultimately, a bad game is still a bad game. First impressions matter. Unlike No Man Sky, Bungie has a $765 Million Impairment Loss stapled to it's forehead. Sony doesn't have the time & luxury to sit around and and find out what doesn't work.

I've never encountered a cheater as far as i could tell in 400 hours, the only bugs i see are items getting dropped under bags or hard to reach areas, the rest is your terrible opinion.

@PolishTamales I dont think it will raise over 30k on season 2 unless its god tier work. The game plays mid at best, Ui sucks, the color pallet is awful for this kind of game. Its filled with bugs an slow game play infested with cheaters.

@sc0nesandc0ffee In the game?? Most times when I fill, I come across genuinely good people that want to make sure i get my contracts done, or run some more after, and we go on side-quests to hook the rooks up and stuff. And then i've had so many fun or hilarious prox chat interactions.

The Marathon community is why I don’t play anymore, mind you. The community I really wanted to be apart of at one point.
