@greateranglia Hi Keira, who exactly are you passing this on to, please? It doesn't seem right for a train conductor to announce a trespasser has a weapon(!) and then just leave everyone sat on a busy train not knowing what is going om or if this is accurate info!
@greateranglia Hi, the 18:32 train from LST - Colchester has been consistently delayed every evening recently. For someone who has a connection to make this is incredibly frustrating and tonight is even more delayed. Can anyone look into this please?

Today is the only day the driver gave a reason for delay and he said disruptive passengers on a train in front but then more delays.

@LittleEms5 Hi Emma, sorry for this, refunds can take a few weeks to go through. We would recommend emailing you photo to customer relations and calling them again to chase it up as we cant do much as the social media team. - Katie
