February 2026 Cassandra Unchained Charity of the Month is the Fistula Foundation. Fistula Foundation has provided tens of thousands of needed surgeries to women across poor, rural areas of Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia who suffer severe incontinence and discomfort as a result of significant pelvic floor injuries during childbirth. Fistula Foundation is on a mission not only to treat these injuries but to end them altogether, to completely solve the problem.
