Elon is suing OpenAI for $150 billion. On the stand today he said:
"If we make it okay to loot a charity, the entire foundation of charitable giving in America will be destroyed."
OpenAI went from a nonprofit in someone's apartment to an $850 billion company. The people who built it are now billionaires. The charity that was supposed to own it holds 26%.
It doesn't matter if you think @ElonMusk is a hypocrite or a hero. That math is hard to explain.

The kids are more than alright, they're extraordinary. And, incredibly, the bus driver has made a 100% full recovery.
Last Wednesday, on a seemingly ordinary day in Mississippi, a school bus driver suffered a severe asthma attack. She blacked out behind the wheel. The bus loaded with 40 children, was hurtling down a busy four-lane highway. Disaster felt inevitable.
But instead of chaos, these kids showed grit and unshakable courage. Five middle schoolers immediately sprang into action in a scene straight out of an edge-of-your-seat thriller.
A 12-year-old seized the wheel, steering the bus away from catastrophe. Another kid slammed on the air brakes, grinding the bus to a halt in the median, averting disaster. One student dialed 911 with trembling fingers but an unshakable resolve. Meanwhile, another hero-in-training searched for the driver’s nebulizer and personally administered her life-saving medication.
None of these kids waited for an adult to save the day. They became the adults right then, right there.

NEW: Known s*x offender found naked in bed with a bottle of lotion on top of a screaming 9-year-old boy after breaking into the home.
Lavern Scott, also known as "Cookie Monster," has been a known s*x offender for 40 years, but was still allowed to roam the streets.
According to Omaha, Nebraska, police, Scott was found with no clothes on in the child's bed.
Scott, according to police, "pinned the child to the bed and set his legs in, using his feet as hooks to hold the child in place."
The boy's grandfather rushed into the room and was able to get the man out of the home.
Scott was first convicted of first-degree SA in 1987 and then again in 1999. He was convicted for violating the s*x offender registry in 2017, 2018, 2022, and 2024.
Every person responsible for keeping this man out of prison should also be thrown in prison.

- But Gavin Newsom's California abused this system by raising the price of a simple ambulance ride by nearly 300%
- Then once the local hospitals made the transfer to the state and the state received the matching funds from the federal government
- California then instead paid a private ambulance service which cost only a fraction of the original price, pocketing the difference.”

The ticket lady asked how many tickets he wanted, and he proudly responded, 'I want eight children’s tickets and two adult tickets.' Then she announced the price.
The wife let go of her husband’s hand, her head dropped, and the man’s lip began to quiver. He leaned in closer and asked, 'How much did you say?'
The ticket lady repeated the price.
He didn’t have enough money. How was he supposed to turn around and tell his eight kids that he couldn’t afford to take them to the circus?

This really means so much to me and my family.'
My father and I went back to our car and drove home. The $20 my dad gave away was what we had planned to use for our own tickets.
Although we didn’t see the circus that night, we felt a joy inside us that was far greater than seeing the circus.
That day, I learned the true value of giving. The Giver is greater than the Receiver.
If you want to be great, greater than life itself, learn to give. Love has nothing to do with what you expect to get, only with what you expect to give—everything.
