@Livedrivehelp Hi my account has been suspended.... Ive been away for the last month and not worries about... my latest payment wen out a few days ago but it still says suspended... wont let me contact through the app etc as says, update payment details. Any ideas?

If you have a Pro Suite or Business account, simply login at livedrive.com/login click on the file in your backup and then click on the "send to my Briefcase" button on the right of the screen.

@Livedrivehelp Hi, I've been getting this error the last few weeks. I check integrity & it works fine for a day or two but then happens again. My internet connection is fine as I'm connected to SSH for something else & that would disconnect instantly if my internet went down
