IMO most efficient way to do graft/fistula thrombectomy. I go IJ approach then 12F sheath and CAT 12 typically 1-2 passes and the fistula/graft is all open, single stick, no hands under fluoro, cleaner thrombectomy.. Anyone else doing this approach? #IR, #vascular ? @_backtable

AAA tissue in contrast does have issue with isolating sufficient nuclei/cells due to degeneration... directly linked I suspect to differences in underlying etiology

@atvbahajournals @MarkELindsay Working closely with Bridget Simonson & Mark Chaffin under the guidance of @MarkELindsay helped build upon our diverse strengths, providing biologic, clinical context to data, and confirmational wet-lab support... All while learning & diving deep into unknowns!

@atvbahajournals @MarkELindsay While it's important understand the entire pipeline, it would be difficult to be the expert of everything. For me, I focused on optimizing the best data possible from our patient tissue through wet lab work. Poor quality nuclei/cells going into sequencing = bad data out
