This popped up on my FB memories. 🥹 It still amazes me that (at the time) my grandmother was in her 90s and my youngest son was less than a year old. What had she seen in her life? @BhuddaPest502 @ImMeme0 I believe that 100%! My 32-year old daughter is back in college currently. She has stories.....a lot of stories about these kids that come into higher education and can almost not even function, let alone read. The system (and it's agendas) has completely failed our youth.

I took some of my college classes at an extension facility at night to facilitate my family and job obligations. One of my law professors started off the first night by informing the class that he would randomly ask students to read aloud from the text. He further announced that, if you cannot read at a 2nd year of college level, you should switch classes now while there is still time. 1/2 of the class got up and left. Among those that stayed, there were others that eventually failed the course because they were unable to read.

This is scary. High school students can’t even read a simple sentence, let alone understand what it means. America, what the hell are we doing?!
