@laurenlaverne #peoplesplaylist Sunrise swim on Brighton Beach 3 weeks ago a poster of Hindu goddess Durga floated up to me! Goddess of war, strength & protection. I took it as a sign directly from my beautiful sister Kim who died this summer. Amazing start to the day!🙏

@SamWLock I had a moment when I heard You Are My Sister in August that completely took me properly by surprise, gave me my biggest cry to date. Poor Kelvin, we were both so shocked by it. I was crying for both of you I think x

When people talk about their grief being "triggered" by songs, I always assumed it would be the wedding songs, or the "special" songs.
Just been floored by one I used to hear on the radio, 7 years ago, when I drove to see Kim in the early days. Not heard it since. Weird.
