@evan7257 The candidate’s platform extends far beyond simply reducing government control over land use. He advocates for significant government involvement in “sustainable development,” housing, public works, and ending cooperation with ICE. Sounds like Marxism to me.

@mhp79_sfa @evan7257 The way illegal immigration affects people is more abstract than seeing your hard working neighbor you like get thrown into a detention center so I'd posit yes. But I think the ideal for most people is something in the middle.

Politics was never a regular topic but it came up more often pre-2020 and he had political guests on more often
