@loveholidays Just how many bookings have been affecting by the insolvency? You are misselling holidays wrapped up as packages when they're multi contract. With no intention of honoring the originally booked hotel and replacing with sub standard alternative.

@AmyClarke154498 @loveholidays Don't do it Amy they're useless and unable to tell the truth. My holiday booked October had hotel cancelled in June. We fly in three weeks. They haven't rebooked the original hotel. My guess they'll offer an inferior hotel at the last minute. Don't believe original ever existed.

@loveholidays Are you finally going to refund me my money, considering you falsely advertised the hotel on your website using photos that are over 10 years old and stating facilities that have been out of service since Covid, and is now meant to be essentially a homeless shelter.

@JohnGaylor @loveholidays @SarahBuchanan10 @DonatC23043 No chance. You can't enter into proper conversation with them. After the initial DM which is usually a generic reply you hear nothing. Just repeated requests for you to DM them. I truly hope they too go insolvent.

I am so upset with @loveholidays who have ruined my 50th birthday celebrations. I've booked into a hotel in Turkey where my friends have also booked for us to celebrate together. @loveholidays have moved me to a different hotel and i can't get a full refund. please help!
