@loveholidays Are you finally going to refund me my money, considering you falsely advertised the hotel on your website using photos that are over 10 years old and stating facilities that have been out of service since Covid, and is now meant to be essentially a homeless shelter.

@AmericanAir another day without a response from AA’s customer service. Please sort it out. So unfair to steal people’s money at such a horrible time for everyone.

Well that doesn’t really help now does it. You have someone monitoring your twitter account so quickly but you can’t reply to queries for flights in less than 3 days (which is the average customer service wait time!)

@AmericanAir please sort out your customer service. Only having a customer service email is absolutely ridiculous for a company as big as yours and having such a long wait time for responses is very unsettling. I will not be rebooking with American Airlines again.

Hi @TomTugendhat as my local MP could you care to tell me when a Covid test will become available spent the last 4 days at home unable to book one and unable to work because I can't get a test. I work in schools so unable to go in as I'm showing symptoms.

Simply not good enough! @BorisJohnson you want the key workers to work but don't want people in work if showing symptoms yet when I try to get a test for the safety of the kids and staff I work with, I can't get one. Last 4 days no test centres, no home kits. Any help Boris?

@OfficialPLT absolutely appalled at the customer service provided by PLT, I placed an order with them on Tuesday 4 August for next day delivery. Still no update or parcel and they refuse to refund me. Disgusting
