🧪 La PrEP à action prolongée continue d’évoluer. Au‑delà des options déjà disponibles, plusieurs produits en développement pourraient encore réduire la contrainte de la prévention : 👉 CAB‑4M : cabotégravir injectable tous les 4 mois (3 injections/an), en cours d’essais → moins de visites, même logique que CAB‑LA. 👉LEN‑12M : lénacapavir injectable annuel, à l’étude → une protection potentielle avec une seule visite par an après initiation. 👉MK‑8527 (alimatravir) : première PrEP orale mensuelle en phase 3 → 12 prises par an, un format discret et auto‑administré. 👉Anneau vaginal à la dapivirine 3 mois : version en développement → moins de remplacements, plus de simplicité, et une option supplémentaire de PrEP contrôlée par les femmes. ➡️ Un pipeline riche, qui élargit encore le champ des possibles en prévention du VIH.
