@UberIN_Support fraud going on Uber app & uber drivers, the SS itself from uber app shows the fraudulent practice uber does, on top it says route increased, below shows miles decreased, is it justified. drivers in sync with uber, drive slowly just to increase fare frm 453 to 603

@UberIN_Support There is no real time support for a complaint, after explaining a serious concern over a call & on uber app, an automated reply is given, driver purposefully drives slowly to increase the time , the charges got increased, remedy do I have, legal complaint on Uber

@UberIN_Support I have not received the required answer. It is not addressed. I request to contact me over a call or DM. I simply asked that as per Uber support team my refund is already credited in Uber Cash Wallet, whereas it is not. I have shared SS of reply frm in uber app customer support.

@Uber_Support @Uber_India Uber increases fare in end, even if rider has taken the same route taking same trip time as at booking, we follow up for refund, then once refund approved, again follow up to get the amount. This is a real fraud by Uber India. I am awaiting my refund.

@Cleartrip It’s the sheer worst service from @Cleartrip — zero customer support when needed most, even while traveling with a senior citizen. The 10% refund is inappropriate, but Proceed with it, in a while I’ll also lodge a consumer complaint with relevant authorities.
