(Part 2 of 2) As a result of this delay, we are unable to mobilize our Architect, cannot do proper site-visits, cannot even begin to design our own interiors. I'm sure this isn't the experience that @Lodha expects their customers to have. Please assign a competent, senior professional to have a detailed review of this case. Delays in government-dependent activities is acceptable. However, poor/ non-existing communication is not. The most basic thing we expect is accountability, and timely and accurate information sharing from @Lodha teams. Thank you.

@LODHA On the trust of such respective builder like Lodha I have purchased the flat in Lodha Crown Dombivali (Opal), and it's totally a bad decision for me, there is no AC permission for living room as per them building is not designed for it which is totally illogical reason.
