@LODHA On the trust of such respective builder like Lodha I have purchased the flat in Lodha Crown Dombivali (Opal), and it's totally a bad decision for me, there is no AC permission for living room as per them building is not designed for it which is totally illogical reason.

This is to formally raise a serious complaint against Lodha regarding unjustified interest charges on my Pune property. All required documents were submitted to the bank on time. The initial loan rejection occurred solely because Lodha had not obtained construction approval at that stage. Once approval was granted, we immediately restarted the process. However, due to repeated delays, lack of coordination, and an unresponsive account manager who was frequently on leave without assigning any alternate contact, I was forced to bear approximately ₹4,00,000 in interest. Lodha has offered only ₹50,000 as waiver, which is completely unacceptable. Moreover, the interest amount was internally adjusted against my outstanding balance without my knowledge or consent, and the system now reflects additional outstanding on which further interest is being charged. Despite multiple requests, no proper breakdown or calculation of the interest has been provided. Such lack of transparency and unilateral financial adjustments are highly concerning.
