@Hania16836 It's fine. Cash is nice also. Good practice to aim for 20 percent but honestly, sometime I don't have the cash for that, sometimes I leave 40%. If ya bitched about my 15% cash tip then I probably ain't gonna be back and you aren't getting the larger tips I usually leave.

@stfu_jaden_ The cities suck. I love Minnesota. But the twin cities are dead. I used to love going to the cities and there was a great night life and fun shit going on. Not anymore. It's wildly boring.
English

minnesota is literally objectively the best place to live in america outside of the northeast or northwest
id argue it's even better than the northeast

Minnesota is a problem. Let’s talk about it. When people think of Minnesota they probably think of the great film FARGO in which the average resident is portrayed as either a low class low IQ drunk or a serial killer. You know what? Fargo was being NICE. The real Minnesota is far worse. It was worse back then and it’s WAY worse now.

@natalienunnchin @That1RipCityGuy @imfat Maybe you need to look up what the term "real wages" means. And be more careful when quoting people. Because "wages" and "real wages" are not the same thing.
English

@LoganGwald @That1RipCityGuy @imfat Inflation has increased by a cumulative 207% since 1985. But sure “wages have gone up 15% since then” 🙄 Wages have stagnated and the cost of living has gone up tremendously. Like I said, no excuses change the fact that shit is too expensive and we don’t make enough money.
English

@bean840415 @That1RipCityGuy @imfat You actually have no idea how "hard" any individual "had it". Real wages are up 15–20% since the mid-80s (inflation adjusted). Extreme poverty globally dropped from 40% to <10%. Life expectancy +8–10 years. overall purchasing power and living standards are higher than 40 yrs ago.
English

@That1RipCityGuy @imfat Problem is, minimum wage is still 7.25 an hour while everything is getting expensive. Some wages have gone up but it doesn't do anything from how expensive everything is now a days. Yall just had it easy and is made you can't use the excuse how hard yall had it. When you didn't

@That1RipCityGuy @imfat Why tf would we want to bring kids into this world when we can’t afford anything? No amount of excuses changes the fact that shit is too expensive and we don’t make enough money.

@LoganGwald @ValsAI @xai @elonmusk Yes, I agree. I would like to see Grok do it's own version and not have to Grok Prompt into other AI. Loveable is ok and Base 44 is ok, Replit is very good but Grok I think would be very different.

@ForidaMan33 @imfat 1600 gets an awesome condo in a swanky building where I live. And a dock space on the lake.
English

Guy doesn’t live in America. If you want $1600 rent where we live, you’re living in a neighborhood where you’ll get robbed and stabbed.
Northern California people are paying $3000 to rent someone’s converted garage or basement.
Where I live you pay $300 a month in electric. That was better than what I was paying before moving to the suburbs.
English

Hey Elon, can you make a Base 44 or a Replit like AI to create apps. I know this sounds dumb but Grok seems to interpret prompts much differently than other AI, it seems when you are creative and are looking to do something differently Grok has a better understanding of what you are asking for? Just a thought. I think it would kick the ass out of all the other ones.

@LoganGwald @Toluwalopemi_1 @C604Wt @XFreeze Changing a cars oil requires knowing physical characteristics of the engine.
Understanding how a rocket works outside the atmosphere is something that’s been common knowledge since space shuttle days.

Raptor 3 is engineering black magic
SpaceX’s Raptor is the FIRST full-flow staged combustion engine to ever fly - only the 3rd ever built (after the Soviet RD-270 and the 2000s US demo that never flew)
→ Both fuel-rich + oxidizer-rich preburners
→ 100% of propellant through the turbines before the main chamber
→ Auto-ignites from hot preburner gases (no Merlin igniter fluid)
→ Record 350 bar chamber pressure
Raptor 3 goes even crazier:
Everything internalized with regenerative cooling. No heat shields. No fire suppression system. Saves 10+ tons
This is how Starship becomes rapidly reusable

@Dunger71 @Toluwalopemi_1 @C604Wt @XFreeze My third grade math teacher taught me algebra and shit. She was dumb as rocks in all sorts of other ways. But by every definition of the word; she is an educator. Do you get it yet? Or are you too stubborn to admit that you're just wrong.
That's my last word.
English

@LoganGwald @Toluwalopemi_1 @C604Wt @XFreeze If he can’t work out how a rocket works out of the atmosphere, with all the available info that’s been available for decades, there’s no way he’s an expert in any field.
English

@LoganGwald @Dunger71 @Toluwalopemi_1 @XFreeze hahaha, yes I agree. Calling me an idiot without much evidence is a fine example. 😄
English

@Dunger71 @Toluwalopemi_1 @C604Wt @XFreeze You're an idiot. He asked a question that illustrated he doesn't know how rockets operate. He could be an absolute expert in an unrelated field and be an educator. Every human has gaps in their knowledge set. Including bits that most would consider basic knowledge.
English

@LoganGwald @Toluwalopemi_1 @C604Wt @XFreeze If you can’t answer the most basic question on a subject you’re not an “educator” you’re a student.
It’s really not that complicated.
What’s stupid is to call yourself an educator and ask such an incredibly stupid question.

@Erayarpapay @AlpacaAurelius Raw liver sounds absolutely gross. I barely can eat it cooked. To each their own though.
