Today, we remember George Floyd, who was murdered by a former Minneapolis police officer six years ago.   That moment changed our city forever.

In about one hour, I will be arraigned on 4 felony counts and face up to 30 years in prison for taking this little guy out of a Ridglan cage. In addition to charging me, the government has banned me from contacting my co-defendants and is now trying to undermine my right to a speedy trial. But every corrupt and unconstitutional act by the government will simply make our case even stronger. We press forward to defend the right to rescue—and to defend the tens of thousands of other dogs (and billions of other animals) who remain trapped in cruel cages. Most importantly, we defend James. Every time I come home, he jumps in my lap and begs to be picked up. It was the first place he ever felt safe. Rescuing him was not a crime. It was one of the best things I've ever done. I relish the opportunity to defend rescuing James in court.

The argument that "data centers bring billions to local economies" is pure hogwash. The construction crews aren't even local. And once the data centers are running, they steal the local water, they strain local power grids, they pollute the air, they generate noise pollution, heat pollution and water pollution, and they don't produce anything at all that the local community actually needs. They just produce "compute" for corporations or governments, for the most part, that are building a total police state surveillance grid and AI autonomous weapon systems / killbots / terminators. There is ZERO net benefit to local communities. In fact, data centers are "death centers" or, as I say, the land-based versions of Death Stars. They should build data centers in orbit or deserts far from human populations.

The Ticks are destroying wild animals so you can’t hunt them The chemtrails are poisoning the ground so you can’t grow food The data centers are the infrastructure of the digital control grid The purpose of the Iran war was to shut the Strait and cause shortages / rationing And the antisemitism push is to criminalize resistance

I was tasked by President Trump to protect land owners from egregious behavior, including eminent domain. I'm calling on @GeorgiaPower to connect me with CEO Kim Greene tomorrow. I've just received screen shots of your "condemnation threat" letters, and will be posting them on X.

BREAKING: Texas Public Policy Foundation's Ammon Blair just revealed how Sharia-linked networks exploit open borders and migration pipelines to pursue civilization jihad inside America and especially Texas. "States were NEVER meant to function as passive subdivisions waiting federal permission before defending constitutional order." "Texas is confronting weaponized mass migration, cartel-engineered smuggling networks, foreign-linked governance structures operating within our communities, and systemic failure across the entire immigration enforcement and removal cycle."

This is horrible…. Yesterday, we learned that @GeorgiaPower is trying to use eminent domain to force people out of their homes passed down from generations to build AI Data Centers This young lady pleaded for help on TikTok and TikTok banned her. These AI Data Centers are President Trump’s babies… so he needs to step in and fix this. This is non-negotiable. Even if it’s the states decision, he needs to make the effort. If nobody in MAGA steps up and fights for these people, then who will? Who will step up if it happens to you? rumble.com/shorts/v79r9xa

I don’t think we voted for people to lose their homes.. 🚨 Georgia Power to Impact hundreds of Properties and FORCE 21 Homeowners out via Eminent Domain for a $17B Massive Data Center Georgia Power is advancing a 35-mile, 500-kilovolt transmission line project (Ashley Park–Wansley) across Coweta, Fayette, Fulton, and Heard counties to meet surging electricity demand for AI data centers, including the recently approved Project Sail hyperscale campus in Coweta County. The project will affect hundreds of private parcels, primarily through easements, while 21 homes will be fully acquired and removed to accommodate the infrastructure. The utility is negotiating purchases and easements with affected landowners, offering what it describes as “competitive compensation”, but can resort to eminent domain if agreements cannot be reached. rumble.com/v79pua6-georgi…

A group of lawmakers have asked to meet with the Public Utility Commission of Texas to discuss concerns about the transmission project’s cost, whether it exceeds the intent of state law, overall electrical grid reliability, and private property rights.

It is highly disturbing that a multi-billion-dollar tech company can waltz into a town, threaten the local zoning board with lawsuits if they don't comply, acquire huge acreage adjacent to existing neighborhoods, and build massive data centers that emit all sorts of pollution: Noise pollution, light pollution, even harming the water quality and more. The local humans living there are finding they have ZERO political power with the local authorities, and they are being steamrolled by Big Tech that operates through numerous shell companies and shadow organizations to try to hide their origins. This phenomenon is reaching crisis levels across America, and it needs to be stopped. We cannot allow the interests of Big Tech to override fundamental human rights like living in a neighborhood where you can still hear the birds and still see the stars at night. These data centers have to be stopped. Put them in orbit! Put them in a desert somewhere! Don't build them right next to neighborhoods and human living spaces. We must protect the farms, the neighborhoods and local resources like water. Data centers have gone too far and are intruding on the quality of life of our citizens.

I have no interest in debating people intellectually dishonest enough to pretend condensation trails— which do exist!— are the same as trails that linger, spread and blanket the sky in haze that 9/10 results in rain, but for the sake of argument, here’s Exhibit No. 5,492,173,681:

This makes me want to puke. We have exposed the globalist grift going on in Texas to replace American Workers with H-1B's, destroy rural Texas with data centers, and entire suburbs being taken over by immigrants on temporary work visas. Tax incentives are being used to mass migrate Muslims into Texas Schools and build big resource destroying data centers that will raise our cost simultaneously. We've asked Texas officials to stand up to this, but they've remained silent. 4 terms is too many! Texas needs term limits and Greg Abbott needs to go. Why are Republicans now embracing "The Great Replacement Reality"?

As a Texan who loves this land and worries for our families, farmers, and kids’ future, Project Stargate in Abilene has me deeply concerned. Our state is still locked in years of brutal drought — Lake Abilene sits at just 3.5% capacity — yet this massive AI campus, backed by OpenAI’s Sam Altman, SoftBank’s Masayoshi Son, Oracle’s Larry Ellison, and UAE-backed MGX, got an 85% property tax break plus full state sales tax exemptions on all their equipment and power. They’re pulling an initial 8 million gallons from city supplies just to fill the system, then about 10 million more every year after. Even with their “closed-loop” tech, it feels like we’re handing Big Tech our most precious resource while so many Texans are already rationing every drop. Are we really putting GPUs ahead of the people and places that built Texas? We deserve better.

Texans, They’re treating your tax bill like a crime scene they control. The same insiders who jack up appraisals, double-dip vouchers, and fast-track giant funds with paper-thin oversight would be facing subpoenas if they were private citizens. I expect our next Texas Comptroller to blow the whistle (we WILL hold ALL responsible parties accountable): independent audits, forensic accounting, and full sunlight on every backroom deal—because Texans deserve to know if their government has been squeezing them legally…or just getting away with it. ~ Doc

We have allowed this to happen to ourselves. If we are going to fix it, we have to reign in spending. I shared a post earlier today the comments were enlightening. I have written an article about this issue and would appreciate your feedback and thoughts. open.substack.com/pub/jamesmatlo…
