Red on Blue & White On October 7th, 2024 Dutch activist Marlisa stepped forward at a Pro-Israel public manifestation on Amsterdam’s Dam Square and poured red food dye over the Israeli flag. The act was deliberate, symbolic, and wordless. A year and a half later, the case has reached the Amsterdam Courthouse. At a preliminary hearing this week, her lawyer Willem Jebbink requested that the case be assigned to a three-judge panel, arguing that its legal and political weight demands more than a single judge. He pointed to a pattern in Dutch courts: when activism cases of comparable complexity have been heard by broader benches, the outcomes have more consistently reflected the full legal picture — including the right to protest. Among the precedents cited was a September 2025 Dutch Supreme Court ruling, in which the convictions of eight climate activists were annulled after the court found that authorities had unlawfully restricted their right to demonstrate. The judge acknowledged the request. A new date is to be set.

Als je op Schiphol bij de grens, instructies van de KMAR niet opvolgt wordt er ook nu al gepast geweld gebruikt. Desnoods maximaal geweld. Nu over jouw Gazaanse vrienden: Jij liep mee met de door Hamas gesponsorde en geïnfiltreerde Rode Lijn demonstratie. Hiermee heb jij je met barbaarse terroristen vereenzelvigd. Ik begrijp best dat jij al die Gazanen naar Nederland wil halen maar je moet het mij niet kwalijk nemen dat ik dat een enorm risico vind voor onze nationale veiligheid. Daarom vind ik, dat onze KMAR alles op alles moet zetten, als nodig ook maximaal, om jouw terroristen vriendjes buiten de deur te houden. Kost jou Jesse misschien wat stemmen maar de Nederlander is dan wel wat veiliger. Zullen we het zo afspreken, amigo?

🌑 Children's Torture Chambers In the Kherson region, 14 children's torture chambers have been discovered, where Russians tortured Ukrainian children. The Russians used knives to cut them and burned parts of their bodies; they provided water only once every two days, almost never fed them, and applied intense psychological pressure. One of the "imprisoned" children stated that he spent 90 days in these torture chambers. He was cut with a knife, his body was burned, and he was subjected to mock executions where they fired shots just above his head. Children were kidnapped directly from the streets. How can you negotiate with those who create a network of child torture centers? How can you shake hands with someone who shook hands with Putin? How can you buy products from companies that continue to operate in Russia?
