I know someone who has been on hold with @BankofAmerica for 1 hour 13 minutes after getting a text from them about a fraudulent charge on her account…I suggest she switch banks…this is hardly “customer service”

I received what I think is a scammer trying to get information on my credit union debit card. @LogixFCU Why isn’t there a 24 hour phone number where I can verify this? Do I have to wait until tomorrow morning before I can check this possible fraud??

For the 2nd time I have received multiple calls from the 800 number of @LogixFCU wanting me to verify my name and enter a code sent by text. It’s obviously a phishing scam but there’s no way to reach anyone at the bank on Sunday to verify or warn them they’re being scammed! #FAIL
