Some of the most important SRHR work is being led by young people but often without the platform it deserves. We are changing that. We are opening doors for young people to be part of the RHNK Pan-African AYSRHR Conference through fully funded sponsorships. Are you aged 18–24? Are you passionate about SRHR? Did you submit an abstract? This could be your opportunity. If your work is advancing SRHR and your abstract has been accepted, this is your chance to step into the room, share your work and be part of the conversation. Apply here; forms.gle/6LM2UABD17vEuN… #RHNKPanAfricanConference2026

The strength of the #RHNKPanAfricanConference2026 lies in its diversity. You will sit next to someone who lives this work every day and someone who makes decisions affecting many people’s lives. Young people. Grassroots organizers. Government officials. Researchers. Technical experts. All in the same room learning, debating, agreeing, disagreeing and figuring out what actually works. #AYSRHR moves forward because people who are passionate, like you, choose to show up. Register and be part of the work this from the 2nd to 5th of June 2026. rhnk.org/conference/reg… #RHNKPanAfricanConference2026

Strengthening self-care for better health outcomes in Kenya. @rhnkorg joined partners including @MOH_Kenya, @PSKenya_ , @PSofKenya, @inSupplyHealth, @KenyaSRHR, @Kmet_Kenya, @NASCOP, @Jhpiego, @fhi360, @LwalaCommunity, @AYARHEP_KENYA, @icrhk_official, @HennetKenya, and the Kenya Progressive Nurses Association at the @SelfCare4UHC (SCCG) quarterly meeting. The convening marked an important step as the group transitions into a Community of Practice (CoP), strengthening coordination around self-care in Kenya. Discussions focused on scaling key self-care interventions such as self-injection for family planning, HPV self-sampling, and HIV self-testing, while emphasizing that access alone is not enough—people need the right information, confidence, and support to use these services effectively. Key outcomes included a shared commitment to prioritize demand creation, improve coordination among partners, and align health messaging to ensure communities receive clear, consistent information. Partners also agreed to strengthen linkages to care and use upcoming opportunities like Self-Care Month (June–July) to increase awareness through campaigns and community engagement. Ultimately, advancing self-care will depend on making it accessible, understandable, and trusted so individuals can take charge of their health with confidence. #RHNKImpact #SelfCare #RHNK4SRHR

Lady Justice Hellen Omondi, the court of appeal judge and President of @iawjkenyachapt1 reminds us that this generation is different, and so are the SRHR challenges they face. That means our responses must evolve too. We need legal and policy environments that protect their rights and reflect their lived realities. These are the conversations we will be having at the RHNK Pan-African AYSRHR Conference. Have you registered? Register today: rhnk.org/conference/reg… #RHNKPanAfricanConference2026
