Claude code started logging commits as day1... day2... day3... day5c.
Bro thought 5 days had passed. We were moving so fast the AI lost track of time 😭
Full vertical slice shipped:
camera ✅ squad controls ✅ stomp AOE ✅
grab/throw/eat ✅ procedural cities ✅ navmesh ✅
Also renamed the game mid-day.

Most devs start with gameplay. I started with architecture.
Day 1. Three commits. Nothing moves on screen yet.
Just a scaffold, an addon, and one rule:
Components are data. Systems are logic. Always.
Sounds boring. It wasn't.
Day 6 we pivoted the entire genre mid-jam.
Zero rewrites.
Zero panic.
Just... moved pieces around.
That's what locking in ECS at commit 0 buys you.
not speed today, but survival later. 🟢

1. Traffic up, conversions flat = wrong intent. Fix audience/angle
2. Signups up, retention flat = weak activation. Fix time-to-value
3. Reach up, replies flat = weak social trigger. Fix specificity + tension
