The “trademark deal” is just a weak formal attempt to get away from sanctions. Valve doesn’t give a f*** - they care mostly about money, but ESL, Blast and other TOs care about reputation.

The whole argument was originally based on ownership, not russian nationality. This ownership switch should fix that, but ESL and BLAST have done nothing to clarify and explain why it isn't sufficient. That's what I want.

VirtusPro as an entity is no longer associated with a russian oligarch, that's gone, so they should fall under the exact same judgment.
