This is the worst service I have ever experienced from an airline. Totally unreasonable.

for my round trip flight. I asked if we could convert the round trip to a one way return only using what I paid already. The agent initially said yes, but then came back and said I have to pay $1300+ more to make it happen. When I asked for a supervisor, he refused.

That will surely turn quite a few heads at the Union. Couldn’t get him signed to a homegrown deal because Minnesota ransomed his rights despite shutting down its academy, so he left for nothing.
