I just noticed @grandecom increased my rate 6-months ago without notification. I’m on a 30-minute hold to cancel. Disappointing #CX, especially when it’s so easy to switch.

Just making sure you're aware there's an issue with your automated SMS system @austinenergy. This is while we didn't have power for 60 hours.

I'm disappointed in @UPS phone support. A package is missing since 2/1/21. The agent informed me he was going to transfer me to another dept, and he hung up. Not a great #CX. 😬 Issue resolved with another call that started the whole process over, without a "transfer".
