@robertbotha Hi Robert, if you navigate to the ‘More’ section, then tap ‘Restore Purchase’, as long as you’re logged in with the same account you made the initial purchase the ads should be removed. Let us know if that works. 👍🏽

@LondonBusApp how do I restore ads removal? I've paid to have the ads removed now a couple of times and it seems after upgrades or something ads reappear and there's no way to restore without paying again...

@dvjj Sorry to hear you’re having troubles. Are you able to delete the app and reinstall and try again?

@LondonBusApp This update yesterday has killed the app. Deleted all my favourites and no matter how many times I load a bus stop and hit the star my favourites remain empty... aaarrrggghhh

@big_AL99 Hi Alan. Please make sure you’re logged into the Google Play store and with the same account you made the in app purchase with. It should automatically remove the ads once Google confirms you’ve made the in app purchase previously.
