@TfL I am trying to use your phone service for a refund as on Tuesday my stations oyster system wasn't working. Just spent 10 mins on your automated system to be told your systems aren't working so they can't complete my call. I've been charged the full amount at no fault of mine

@balhamlad98 It was the "yesterday" that got me really annoyed. If you put prices up then you should advise customers in some way so that they are aware not at the point of payment

Used to love #lahorekarahi in #tooting but went in today and their prices have gone up astronomically since yesterday. Not going there again
