@TUIUK @British_Airways our flight from Mahon to Glasgow has been cancelled. No communication on the ground. We have been moved to baggage reclaim from the gate but nothing happening here! Lots of young children and older travellers including some needing assistance. No water 💦

@TUIUK We have now had message via app flight is cancelled until tomorrow! No one airside telling us what to do…… please advise!

Our Rights Respecting Ambassador really takes his role seriously. Not only do we have a cuddly toy mascot. We now have a mascot costume hand made by Dad. This made my day! We love it. Just need one for Mrs Readie now 💙

I’ve spent more hours in this relatives room than I care to count up over the past week but I couldn’t be any more grateful to the staff in neuroscience critical care at the QEUH. They are amazing people and are taking such good care of my loved one. So thankful for the nhs 🩵
