I want to reiterate. As I testified to Congress, In my 23 year IT career I managed over 3k H1Bs. Of the 3K there were maybe 15 to 20 that were qualified. Everyone else were "freshers" and their English efficiency was 10% or less. You could not put them in front of the client. Cognizant only hires Indians. On April 2nd A Manhattan jury put a $8.4 million penalty on Cognizant Technology Solutions, ruling that Cognizant only hired and promoted Indians. It faced the same Penalty in 2024 in Los Angeles. In 2023 they faced a lawsuit from Clorox for providing terrible tech service which led to a cyber attack.
