Breaking into #longevity isn’t straightforward. For many students and early-career people, especially those outside traditional pathways, it's unclear where to start or how to contribute.

The Xplore Program is our cornerstone initiative, introducing youngsters to the longevity space through courses, workshops, and remote internships in longevity organizations. We aim to make longevity accessible to everyone around the globe, regardless of background and ideology.

2024 Xplore Program fellow Iakov Dudinsky achieved a new milestone! "LongX broadened my understanding of the longevity field. During an internship with Oxford Cryotechnology, I realized cryobiology can benefit from applying machine learning and bioinformatics." [...]

[...] A year later, I left my job as a software developer and was admitted to the best Russian data science school (YSDA), where I will be writing a master's thesis on computational aging, fully dedicating myself to the longevity cause." Excited to have Iakov focus on longevity!
