Several studies have indicated that hearing loss predicts enhanced dementia risk. (Less cog stimulation-->more cog decline.) One of the researchers, Frank Lin, has now published a long-awaited follow-up, showing that hearing aids cut that risk in half. thelancet.com/journals/lance…

@BeltoneUsa @HearingTracker Please try harder @resoundus @Beltone. Consumers need every tool in their hearing toolkit and built-in Tcoils as they are much easier to use. @OticonUSA or @phonak are producing rechargeable instruments with telecoils (The one right has a #telecoil)
