The Chud the Builder case is going to be interesting Both parties who think it’s a slam dunk on either side of the spectrum are wrong On the one hand he does have freedom of speech & a word isn’t legal basis for an assault On the other there’s a massive case for him instigating conflict with the intent to cause physical harm This is going to come down to who he gets as a judge

Tennessee does have stand your ground but in that law it says you can't start the confrontation, and you can't be doing anything illegal. Aka if they rule ( harassment) , trying to aggravate people because he profits from the stream, no stand ground

It's gonna take a while. Sequence of events matters, not just imminent danger of death is my point, written into the law. (e-2)

The Tennessee Rule (T.C.A. § 39-11-611) Under Tennessee law, you cannot claim self-defense if you are the one who provoked the confrontation. So I agree it will be landmark

Pretty crazy how much one playoff series can shift perception and narratives of a single player. Wemby appeared to be liked by the majority of NBA fans (myself included) before this series, and he hasn't done himself many favors. Between the blocks in Game 1, ejection, flopping and officiating in general, he has just been annoying to watch.

Pretty safe to say that the Wolves need to upgrade their star power next to Anthony Edwards moving forward. Julius Randle was excellent in last season’s playoffs, he’s struggled in these. He’s a solid pro, fringe All-Star, but he can’t cut it as a second option next to Ant if they’re serious about winning.
