💔Absolute horrors in Ukraine this morning. russia launched about; • 500–650 drones of various types • 45–55 Kh-101 missiles •up to 8 "Kalibr" missiles • 2 "Kinzhal" missiles • and several Kh-59 missiles. There should be no place in this world for such war criminals!

We were in Colorado last week and I was struck by what is now an enormous disparity in wealth between the US and the UK. Spent a couple of nights in a cabin in an RV park - it had pools, slides, mini golf etc, fun for the kids. But the place was packed with RVs worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Not only that, but it’s clearly a conservative form of vacation, so the average car on site was a pickup truck. These were almost universally less than a couple of years old, and worth at least $60-80k, if not more. I could drive you to the poshest place in Northern Ireland and though you’d see the occasional high end vehicle, the average car there would probably cost half as much as these. And then I was talking to someone and they said: “Yeah, this is the most typical middle class American summer getaway.” Middle class. Our economies used to be roughly on a par when it comes to GDP per capita. And now the American middle class lives at a level than puts the UK upper classes to shame. Sad times for us. Kudos to America for resisting the socialism that has ground our economy to a halt.

Ik zie vaker dat mensen commentaar hebben op mensen die oordoppen tijdens festivals en concerten dragen, dat zijn zogenaamd geen 'die hards' en missen zogenaamd de hele beleving?? Ik loop liever rond met oordoppen dan met een gehoorbeschadiging hoor. 😂 Daarbij hoor ik de muziek nog helemaal prima.

Dank je! Ik heb net inderdaad overlegd, kreeg het advies om het even aan te kijken aangezien veroorzaakt zou kunnen worden door bijvoorbeeld een onderliggende verkoudheid waar de klier eventueel op reageert. Ik heb nu geen verkoudheidklachten, maar die kunnen nog komen natuurlijk. Ik moet terugbellen als de klachten verergeren/klachten bijkomen en/of als de klier nog dikker wordt. Voor de pijn heb nu maar pijnstilling genomen. 😅

Ik heb, volgens mij, last van een opgezette lymfeklier in mijn hals (dit is voelbaar) en hierdoor doet mijn gehele nek en een deel van mijn oor pijn. 🥴 Erg vervelend dit. 😅

Blijkbaar vond iemand het nodig om commentaar te leveren op het feit dat ik wel 'gewoon' concerten bezoek, maar niet volledig kan werken door de pijn in mijn hand en pols. Wat moet ik dan? In een hoekje huilen tot mijn pols en hand volledig herstelt zijn? 😅

@RenskeLeijten Als je het publieke stroomnet gebruikt als virtuele thuisbatterij dan betaalt heel Nederland daar aan mee. Dus 1:1 salderen zonder dat je daarvoor per verrekend kWh een vergoeding betaalt is niet eerlijk.

Salderen is geen subsidie, het is een verrekening. Wat storend om de desinformatie te zien en te horen in talloze serieuze media. Het verhaal dat arme mensen zouden betalen voor rijk is vals. De som waarop dat gebaseerd is, is van de energiesector die nadeel ondervindt 1/3

@GemeenteDenHaag Inderdaad, er is geheel geen rekening gehouden met het feit dat je echt recht uit een smalle tunnel omhoog komt. Je kan nooit zo'n korte bocht maken voor de hekken die er staan zonder met je zijkant van je auto de heg, gevel of andere afzettingen in te rijden of zo.
