@LoriaKohl Nah you’d have to chub up to do it anytime soon. Inverse is the same, I’m sitting at 224/225 and compete at 220. But there’s nothing gained by trying to cut until I want to compete cause lifts and physique are all good right now.

If I’m hovering around 190 consistently and have a goal to hit 200 but am pretty happy with my physique currently is it even worth it? Like at this point it feels like I have to put on 10 pounds of chub if I want to hit it

For reference I’m like a true 5’11 and my previous peak was 185. I was also only around 160 a year and a half ago. Although I do almost 0 cardio now and I was only that light due to hooping or doing heavy bag workouts a couple hours daily
