Bandi Bageerath POCSO Case ‼️SHE IS NOT A MINOR‼️ Victim is not a minor. That’s the headline of this brilliant newspaper Andhrajyothy, one of the oldest & largest circulated newspaper in Telugu states. Firstly - they have ZERO shame and ZERO scruples! Secondly! Let me explain to you why it is NOT true. This newspaper article is based on Bandi Bageerath’s bail petition that was filed before the vacation bench yesterday. What proofs does the bail petition have to call the victim “not a minor”. - A complaint filed in Nirmal police station (again Nirmal) on the victim for underage driving when she was in 9th grade. The “complainant claims” that the driver was 15 years at the time of offence in 2021. Basing on this report she should be 19/20 years today. - She has two proofs of birth. - The first one is a birth certificate from GHMC - according to which the victim was born on 12th August 2008. Which makes her 17 years and 8 months today. But around 16/17 years by the time of grooming by 25 years old Bandi Bageerath. - The victim’s second proof of birth is her Passport. According to her passport, the victim’s date of birth is 12th August 2010. SO! She is over 16 years old as of today! And probably between 15/16 years by the time of grooming by 25year old Bandi Bageerath. Let me layout the intricacies - Passport is the ultimate UNDENIABLE proof of birth. GHMC birth certificate can be obtained paying off a few people or by those who are in power, especially someone like Union Minister Bandi Sanjay. He is also the best buddy of Congress Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. The CM apart from being the home minister he is also the Municipal Administration and Urban Development. GHMC falls under MA&UD ministry. Not insinuating anything here. Just laying down the facts. - The contentious Underage Driving Case registered on the victim. Firstly, I didn’t get a copy of the complaint or anything. I just read the bail plea. Of late Nirmal police have become notorious for filing cases in favour of the government. So I will take this who case with a pinch of salt. - Even if it is like a 100% true- the complainant said the girl driving is 15 years. I don’t think there were any proofs submitted. Bandi Bageerath’s Lawyer’s Possible Argument: The likely argument of Bandi Bageerath’s lawyer (obviously a top guy has been hired) is going to be inconsistencies of the victim’s date of birth. They will push for getting it thrown out as a POCSO case. Worst case they will demand an investigation into the DOB of the victim. Idea is to escape prison time, delay the process for as long as possible so that the public anger is diverted & pressure is on victim’s family. (There are other line of arguments laid out in the bail plea, will explain later) Let’s not forget that Bandi Bageerath’s father is still a Union Minister. Bandi Sanjay’s comments from Hindu Ekta Rally are detrimental to the case but no action. Bandi Bageerath is still absconding. Telangana Police seem to be still very sympathetic to the Union Minister’s son. Unlike in other POCSO cases, he is still not arrested. Today is DAY SIX. No suspension of CI & SI in Pet Basheerbagh Police Station for delay in filing the FIR. No cases on Bandi Sanjay & his aide for Coercion and Threaten the victim & her family. No action on social media accounts that are circulating the details of the victim everywhere.

పోక్సో కేసులో పీకల్లోతు కూరుకుపోయిన బండి భగీరథ్ తండ్రి బండి సంజయ్ రెండు రోజులుగా బాధితురాలి మీదనే ఎదురుదాడి చేయిస్తున్నాడు. మైనర్ అని కూడా చూడకుండా అమె ఫొటోలు, వీడియోలు కొందరు పోస్ట్ చేస్తున్నారు. ఆమె క్యారెక్టర్ అసాసినేషన్, విక్టిమ్ షేమింగ్ చేస్తున్నారు. వీరందరూ దేశం కోసం ధర్మం కోసం బ్యాచ్ కావడం గమనార్హం. మైనర్ ఫోటోలు, వీడియోలు సోషల్ మీడియాలో షేర్ చేసినా పోక్సో కేసు నమోదు చేయొచ్చు అని వీరికి గుర్తుచేయదల్చుకున్నా. ఒకసారి పోక్సో కేసు నమోదు అయితే బండి భగీరథ్‌కే పీకలమీదికి వస్తుంది. ఇక మిమ్మల్ని ఆదుకోవడానికి ఎవడూ ఉండడు అని గుర్తుంచుకోండి. ఇక ఆ మైనర్ వయసు మీద కామెంట్స్ చేస్తున్న కొందరికి సూటి ప్రశ్న. ఒక వేళ ఆ అమ్మాయి మేజర్ అయితే రేప్ చేయడం ఏమన్నా చిన్న నేరం అనుకుంటున్నారా మీరు? మీ ఇళ్లలో మహిళలు, అమ్మాయిలు లేరా? ఇంత దుర్మార్గంగా ఒక అమ్మాయి మీద ఎలా కామెంట్స్ పెడతారురా మీరంతా? బుర్రలు మోకాల్లో ఉన్నవారే ఆ అమ్మాయి వయసు గురించి వితండవాదాలు చేస్తారు. ఇప్పటికే బండి భగీరథ్ చేసిన వెధవ పనుల గురించి దేశం అంతా తెలిసిపోయింది. ప్రజలు ఛీకొడుతున్నారు. అయినా మీరు ఇట్లాగే బాధితురాలి మీదనే దాడి చేస్తాం అంటే సామాన్య ప్రజల చేతిలో చెప్పు దెబ్బలు తింటారు.

In the recent #POCSO incident in Telangana, involving influential persons, @TelanganaDGP @TelanganaCOPs have been totally exposed. Their servile attitude to political bosses is seen by the people of Telangana. Instead of arresting people involved in the case, they are finding excuses.

#Breaking: Twist! The investigating into the POCSO case booked against MoS @bandisanjay_bjp’s son Sai Bhageerath, has revealed crucial discrepancies in the birth certificate of the victim. The Girl has two Birth Certificates August 12th 2008 ( Issued by GHMC) August 12 th 2010 ( issued by Medical Health Department) Important- The victim was booked for rash driving in Nirmal district in 2021. The parents in the Chargesheet submitted before the court informed that girl was 15 years old in 2021 ( on record). The Chargesheet will be produced before the HC tomorrow as one of the crucial evidence regarding age of the victim. To recall, Accused Sai Bhageerath has moved the High Court seeking interim bail and with a plea stating the victim is not a minor.
