Since Brexit: - GDP has kept pace with France, exceeded Germany's - Trade in goods AND services with EU has grown, on trend - Inflation is lower than EU since Brexit - UK is no 1 for AI/tech investment in Europe. EU is nowhere. Your analysis @marcosagusstinn is cherry-picked.
Marcos Agustín@marcosagusstinn

Since Brexit, the UK has taken a clear economic hit: GDP loss: ~4–5% lower than it would have been (BoE estimates) Trade: goods trade down ~10–15% vs trend Inflation: +2–3 percentage points higher (peaked >11% in 2022) Investment: ~10–15% below pre-Brexit trend GDP per capita: stagnating vs EU, gap widening since 2016 The EU also lost its #2 global financial center (London), reducing capital access for European firms. Reintegration is mutual economic gain.

You're happy to prop up a morally bankrupt government OK then Reminder, under this government... Two people with close links to pedophiles were promoted to high office The ex deputy is in hot water with HMRC One minister resigned because she turned out to be a literal criminal The anti corruption minister has been convicted overseas of corruption A homelessness minister had to resign over evicting tenants A heath minister resigned after hoping a constituent would die Another Labour MP resigned after punching a constituent in the face 6x A Labour MP was suspended after being arrested for sex offences The Business Secretary thought he was a solicitor when he wasn't The Chancellor seems extremely confused about her work history. She also failed to get a licence to rent her property Multiple ministers including the PM accepted gifts including clothes from donors despite earning more than double what most people earn The Attorney General has failed to act on conflicts of interest and supported baseless lawfare against British soldiers The Labour Welsh First Minister was forced to resign over so many allegations of corruption it's hard to know where to start typing them On top of all that there's the cronyism, firing officials without due process, and the Chinese spying case Your proud of this record are you 🤔

I've not heard a British Prime Minister articulate the UK's historic positive contribution to the world and spirit this well in my adult life. Perhaps it's best left for others, not us, to say it. But I can't help but feel our UK consciousness has essentially forgotten it.

.@POTUS: "Honoring the British King might seem an ironic beginning to our celebration of 250 years of American independence — but in fact, no tribute could be more appropriate. Long before Americans had a nation or Constitution, we first had a culture, a character, and a creed. Before we ever proclaimed our independence, Americans carried within us the rarest of gifts: moral courage, and it came from a small but mighty kingdom from across the sea."

PRESIDENT TRUMP: The American patriots who pledged their lives to independence in 1776 were the heirs to this majestic inheritance, their veins ran with Anglo-Saxon courage. Their hearts beat with an English faith in standing firm for what is right, good, and true.

Parkrun can have as many categories as it likes. Add more. All we are asking for is that one is for biological females where female records are set by females, and places including first places are for females. Or have no categories & no records or places if not competitive. Presently females are disadvantaged. That is illegal @parkrunUK is wonderful but even Parkrun should be fair to females & abide by Uk law.

I would like to know why almost everyone knows about Stephen Lawrence, but hardly anyone knows about the torture and murder of 15-year-old Kriss Donald? Why did the BBC only report on this story 3 times, compared to 100s of articles on Stephen Lawrence’s murder?

Incredible. During May's Govt. there were two sides around the Brexit negotiating table, and both of them backed the EU. 2017-19 is a shocking lesson in how vulnerable a democracy can be when the state prioritises its views over the electorate's vote. It must never happen again.

No, it stands for English civilisation winning. You stand for putting treacherous lawyers who collaborate with criminals in charge of lawfare against the SAS. A future regime will jail your mate Hermer and RICO through your network RETWEET IF AGREE

St George’s flag stands for unity over hatred and decency over division. Those are the values I will always fight for. Some try to hijack our flag to spread hate, I reject their plastic patriotism. mirror.co.uk/news/politics/…

@jwhitey98 Ah, I see you participate in Schrödinger's Parkrun - simultaneously so trivial for women that it's ridiculous and weird of us to want to change the rules and yet so important for men that any suggestion of a rule change has life-destroying consequences for whole groups of people

@RupertLowe10 That is not even hostile, though it will likely work. Not giving people something they are not entitled to is not hostile!

A Restore Britain Government would create such a hostile environment that many of the illegals and freeloaders deport themselves. If you’re living here illegally, life must be made intolerably challenging. No benefits, no housing, no care. The hostile environment.

A serious political party that wants to deport millions of illegals and foreign freeloaders is polling at 9% nationally, and there is not a single word from the mainstream media. How convenient... Please share this post to let the British people know about Restore Britain.

Not a single normal member of the British public is interested in which 'vetting results' Keir Starmer was/wasn't told, or when. They care that his judgement is consistently so poor, that from the UK population of 70m, he chose someone whom we all knew called Epstein a friend...

@Satnaai @aDissentient @MDC12345678 @edcporter sure, 50TWh is a huge amount of storage to supply the grid. That is the point. If you think it should be 60TWh (and not 175TWh) it is still huge and not available today.

GB battery storage reached 7.2 GW in Q1 2026. The question now isn't capacity, it's connections. Grid queue delays alone could suppress buildout by 2.4 GW by end-2029. Market lands between 20.4 and 22.8 GW depending entirely on how fast the pipeline clears.
