@RattanRC @drajoykumar Bhai wo ko CAPF ka sipahi nhi hai. Civil service se aate hain. 50 imp kaam hai. Din bhar CAPF ke khali logon ki tareh bas wardi daal ke salute marne kaam nhi hai inka. This is the reason you guys should even be disallowed to become a DIG. Not suited for anything above Cmndnt.

Sir , unfortunate that those expected to protect are behaving less like police officer. It is also a reflection on professionalism. Are not IPS officers suppose to be in uniform in sensitive election duty in field. Who will discipline them is big question… ? @drajoykumar

As CAPF officers are very high in number, they contributed and hired expensive legal teams. They cunningly didn't make the other side even a party. Govt Slapped them hard. Now they are crying. Agreed, Make it both ways, appointment of CAPF cadre officers as SPs, DIsG, IsG , Addl DGs, DGs in police. Punjab militancy, Kashmir terrorist, LWE, CAPF cadres were mainstay of operational planning and execution. Stop one way scramble for CAPFs and make it both ways.

It has been done many times-eg kashinath mahajan case was nullified by an act. I am sure that the Capf bill doesn't affect Basic structure.

@SierraMeena15 Armed forces don't mean that it Can't be Police. Various States have Armed police within their Police dept. eg-UP PAC, Bihar BMP. CAPF are rightly Police of Union, to Aid State police. Don't compare yourself with our Indian Army. Stop living in an identity crisis.

Pakistan is deeply connected to terrorism, it is in permanent conflict with India, and now is at war with the Taliban in Afghanistan, its past protege. Iran has exchanged missile attacks with Pakistan fairly recently to deter terrorism against it from Pakistani soil. India need not and should not play up concerns about Pakistan’s role as it is tactically pragmatic for all sides. Our concern would be Trump’s potential rewards for Pakistan given his favourite Field Marshal syndrome by way of arms aid.

At the end of the day, it is also an extension of the Police. Tri services are very diverse in themselves with so many different units-depts, that they do well.

@bismil_prasad @vijaita Top positions should always be filled by deputation. Departmental officers generally have narrow vision. Deputation brings new energy. Even judges of SC are all those who are from Bar. No one from direct judicial services goes to the top. Similarly for CAPF

It is extremely unfair to CAPF officers . They have every right to go to the top. Supreme Court therefore gave decision in their favour . Coordination logic is bunkum. It is the States which seek CAPF forces ...& the onus is on DGs to coordinate with CAPF for deployment. One question ....how do DGs coordinate with Army . Army does not have IPS officers 😊

@Vibrant_Peace Hutiye ho tum log. Isiliye desh ki raksha nhi kar paye. Strategic Retreats are necessary sometimes. All big warriors did it be it Lord Krishna or Shivaji. On the other hand, India has suffered a lot bcoz of this stupid, fake pride & low strategic mentality of kshatriya now.

#WestBengal चुनाव ड्यूटी में तैनात किए गए #CAPF जवानों और कंपनी कमांडरों के साथ अपमानजनक और सौतेला व्यवहार किया जा रहा है. ऑडिट रिपोर्ट में "न्यूनतम सुविधाओं" #AMF के प्रावधान में #चुनाव_आयोग और राज्य प्रशासन की भारी विफलता और मनमानी सामने आई है. चुनावी ड्यूटी पर तैनात कंपनी कमांडरों को अचानक होटल छोड़कर अपने-अपने जवानों के साथ कैंप में रहने का आदेश दिया गया है. इस फैसले ने न सिर्फ अधिकारियों को असहज कर दिया है, बल्कि सुरक्षा और बुनियादी सुविधाओं को लेकर भी कई गंभीर प्रश्न खड़े कर दिए हैं. जबकि चुनावी ड्यूटी पर लगे पर्यवेक्षकों को होटलों में उचित सुख सुविधा के साथ ठहराया गया है. यह निर्देश #CRPF के पश्चिम बंगाल सेक्टर के #IG और स्टेट फोर्स कोऑर्डिनेटर द्वारा जारी किया गया है. इसी तरह का आदेश #BSF द्वारा भी कुछ दिन पहले जारी किया गया था. इस फैसले को लेकर कई अधिकारियों ने अपनी नाराजगी जाहिर की है. इस आदेश के बाद आयोजित एक वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग बैठक में कई कंपनी कमांडरों ने खुलकर अपनी आपत्ति दर्ज कराई. हालात इतने तनावपूर्ण हो गए कि कुछ अधिकारियों ने बैठक के दौरान ही वॉकआउट कर दिया.उनका कहना था कि बिना उचित तैयारी और सुविधाओं के इस तरह का आदेश लागू करना न केवल असुविधाजनक है, बल्कि सुरक्षा के लिहाज से भी खतरनाक है. कैंपों में पर्याप्त रोशनी की व्यवस्था नहीं है, जिससे रात के समय सुरक्षा संबंधी जोखिम बढ़ जाता है. इसके साथ ही हथियार रखने के लिए सुरक्षित स्थान की कमी भी एक बड़ा मुद्दा है. जहां जवानों को ठहराया गया है उन कैंपों में बुनियादी सुविधाओं का गंभीर अभाव है. कई जगहों पर न तो साफ पीने का पानी उपलब्ध है,न ही मोबाइल चार्ज करने की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था है.इसके अलावा किचन, डाइनिंग स्पेस और ड्रेनेज सिस्टम जैसी जरूरी सुविधाएं भी कैंपों में नहीं हैं. पश्चिम बंगाल में चुनाव के दौरान केंद्रीय अर्धसैनिक बलों की भूमिका बेहद महत्वपूर्ण होती है.ये बल मतदान केंद्रों की सुरक्षा, संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में गश्त और कानून-व्यवस्था बनाए रखने का काम करते हैं.ऐसे में उनके रहने और काम करने की स्थिति का बेहतर होना बेहद जरूरी है. चुनाव जैसे संवेदनशील समय में सुरक्षा बलों के भीतर असंतोष पैदा होना एक गंभीर मुद्दा है.इससे न केवल बलों की कार्यक्षमता प्रभावित हो सकती है, बल्कि चुनाव प्रक्रिया की निष्पक्षता और सुरक्षा पर भी असर पड़ सकता है. #CAPF #WestBengalElections #SecurityAlert #JusticeForJawans #SafetyProtocol #SecurityLapse #MHA #capfbill_काला_कानून

निचले स्तर की पुलिस अगर बदतमीजी करती है तो इसके लिए SP सीधा सस्पेंड होना चाहिए। वरिष्ठ अफ़सर इन्हें जब तक काबू में रखना नहीं सीखेंगे तब तक देश और समाज के लिए ऐसी अपराधी पुलिस घातक है।

Moronic argument. As per this logic,the Super PG from AIIMS are superior than IPS but that doesn't mean that they should become IG in Intelligence Bureau. A very good car driver can't fly an aircraft unless experienced and trained.
