Out of the three sued by Ethan, Kaceytron's strat seems like the smartest route, apologizing and settling with Ethan with minimal financial damages. She is legally mandated to also cooperate with Ethan. Denims is still fighting with motion for judgment on the fair-use Hail Mary attempt, which is almost guaranteed to fail on her hearing sometime around June 5th. Her full trial is on Oct 26th, and she is also expected to lose the case, looking at a potential 500k+ in total local costs and fee shifting. Some of the worst women in streaming, and the snark Reddit are collecting Ls, while Ethan is sitting back and farming these losers. Love to see it!

Standing water floods basements, undermines foundations, & the fast flow scours away grass & soil. I see thousands in damage already just to her landscaping.

This woman heard rushing water and went outside. At first she couldn't figure out where the river of water was coming from. It was rushing from the back under her car in her driveway. As she looked further she could see the next door neighbor's above ground pool had busted. One person pointed out that the pool house has a basement or crawl space and will need to have that dried out and this woman will need to have someone come out and check her exterior wall and flooring in those rooms for water damage. Since it is an above ground pool, the insurance for the pool house might not cover the damage if the pool wasn't disclosed or added on. They could be paying thousands of dollars out of their own pocket. Do you have an above ground pool? Has it been added to your insurance? Aren't most pools just a headache?
