@LouGrease Part refunds aren't possible online. Not to worry though, as £47.25 has now been refunded and will complete within 5 working days. For further compensation, please contact Avanti West Coast as they cancelled the services. -Jamie

@thetrainline The disruption also made me have to seek accommodation in London overnight so if like to seek compensation for transport cost too please.
