@SamsungUK I have now spoken to home appliance team, technical team and smart things team… all more than once and no one can help…
In fact your teams troubleshooting has now left me with a completely blank screen
@British_Airways exactly how long does it take you to respond to a complaint?? Case submitted in September and apparently you are still “working on it”
It’s really not that difficult…
Would be nice if they just called me to talk it through!

@GMB regarding recent travel chaos, the problem with no one checking luggage in is the airlines then can’t fit in all the suitcases in the overhead lockers…. I was recently on a plane stuck on the tarmac as they couldn’t fit everyone’s “hand” baggage on the flight 😳

Radio silence is not helpful @HiveHomeUK…. The app functionality is not working at all and the customer care team advised its a signal issue despite having it installed for 7 years with no issues!
