I'm 100% convinced Roblox wants to build an ecosystem where they no longer have to rely on paying developers their share, and instead have AI generate a huge portion of the games on the platform. If they pull that off, their revenue would explode, but it would also mean thousands of developers losing opportunities as AI replaces work that people are doing today. Not to mention, it'll lack that creativity that actual human creators have, and show a DRASTIC decrease in overall quality. It seems like Roblox is intentionally making the requirements for creating and publishing games more difficult, slowly pushing smaller developers out of the ecosystem one group at a time.
