The Judge is blocking the use of GiveSendGo money because Dalton's defense was unable to satisfactorily prove that the donated funds weren't earned by illegal means. Meaning that because Dalton received a surge of donations after the charges we're filed, they're claiming that makes the money earned through illegal or criminal activity.
