@baramink The first ECG shows sinus rhythm with a short PR alternating with, I believe, pre-excited AF. The second ECG shows a short PR with a delta wave. It's worth mentioning that the second ECG has the electrodes switched: those of the arms are on the legs and vice versa.

@TrackYourHeart It is not LAD occlusion, nor is it Brugada. What intrigues me most about this ECG is the very low voltage in DII, which is not due to RA and RL inversion.

@Arron_Pearce_ Hola @Arron_Pearce_ I don't think so, with clockwise rotation, DI is + while DII and DIII will be -, as in this case. Correct me if I'm wrong

A limb lead reversal challenge for you - Can you identify which limb leads are where? You need to see the corrected ECG below for this one

@Arron_Pearce_ Good one! Never seen that before! I was thinking misplacement of right sided leads.

A 38-year-old man was admitted to the intensive care unit with complaints of nausea, vomiting, and epigastric pain. The patient had a history of type 1 diabetes mellitus, for which he was receiving insulin therapy. The patient was also receiving lisinopril for hypertension. Before and after. What is the diagnosis!

@ecgandrhythmRoe @ShovanKumar19 I got lost here, could someone please explain to me why this irregularly irregular rhythm without clear regular atrial activity is more suspicious of VT than AF?

this ECG was sent to me by @ShovanKumar19. What`s your take? SVT with aberant conduction or VT? Does the QRS complex after the short pause help you? PMcardio version and original version!

@ecgandrhythmRoe The rhythm is an escape-capture bigeminy, with the caveat that the escape is the ventricular pacemaker.
