I’m always baffled when people say this. Or course everyone should use and do what works best for them but I rarely have issues with previews. When paying a bit of attention it works perfectly fine for me. What about screens/views that are nested deeply in some hierarchy? 🤔

phew. Today was a long day. I managed to make some solid progress. The view to select practices looks pretty sweet! I followed @LucasDxtr's advice and moved the colors to the app's assets. The new release target is: before @d4m1n comes back from vacation. #buildinpublic

Looks great! If you already have a few colors decided I can recommend adding them to the Asset Catalogue and then creating an extension of Color that defines each one, that way you can reference them like Color.myColor! Also, it allows you to define a Dark mode variant of each if you would want to support that later 🌜

The game has over 1000 questions in several languages that need to be updated to fit the guidelines. Very glad to not have to do this manually like pre-2022.

I made another app in the Social Party Game space a few years ago which has generated about $1.1k over its lifespan. It however got into trouble because of the theme, which made it impossible to update. While I think the potential definitively is there, and with some UX and ASO improvements I believe I could increase the revenue substantially. I have for example (quite stupidly) not made an IAP for buying all the content in the app with one purchase, and I don't promote any purchases when first opened. I can not update it until I have made large changes to it, which I will commit to now! First, I need to work through all the questions that are in the game to make them fit within Apple's guidelines. #buildinpublic #iOS #apps

Today I'm building an onboarding view for the iOS app to try and increase the number of reviews we get. Our current ASO strategy is to try and capture reviews to increase the rankings for our targetted keywords before adding monetization.
