Why does 'personal information' in the post matter? If the alleged information is NOT in the post then NO damage to business can occur which, as @peninsula_uk stated themselves, 'weakens the case significantly'! To negate this they LIED to #EmploymentTribunal!! @actionfrauduk

BBC has seen emails threatening legal action against former employees of Health Assured - and the wider Peninsula Group - unless they removed what the company said were false and malicious online reviews. @TrustieSupport @Trustpilot complicit by removing all negative reviews when its not a requirement to be a direct customer like on feefo bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

@Nostromos_Cat @BBCNews It seems that Health Assured is owned by @peninsula_uk, which means if peninsula say nothing wrong was done, the ICO will simply take their word and do absolutely nothing about it!

Has anyone noticed the enormous importance of emails in the Post Office IT Inquiry? If the 90000 emails deleted by Mr Cocke in the Chris Day case could be recovered his case might be resolved with days! Right? davidhencke.com/2022/11/19/tri…

@IlkayCetin7 4) Even if the evidence couldnt be used for a reconsideration, the judge now knew that the employer had lied under oath. The judge simply ignored that and did nothing about it!!

@IlkayCetin7 3) The reason he refused the evidence was because it was known about during the tribunal but not disclosed. He even stated that the law on evidence had changed and there was no proviso regarding evidence, but then relied on the 'interests of justice' not to accept it.

Are employment tribunals a court of law? They can ruin lives with lies in judgments with impunity and take anyone's house and future earnings. The Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013, amended to Oct 6, 2021, state: 'The Tribunal is not bound by any rule of law relating to the admissibility of evidence in proceedings before the courts.' They allow employers to use anything including numerous medical reports to strike out claims, ask for costs, openly make racist arguments and comments in witness statements and insult everyone including their own family members while reporting me to police repeatedly for bringing claims and later for having a blog. The judgments leave out evidence while making up lies. This is what they did in my claims and refused to correct lies in judgments by rejecting appeals and adding new lies at each stage. They made anonymity and restrictive reporting orders to stop me correcting lies while simultaneously publishing the same employers' names. Extreme? Yes, but all true and there's more. Rule of law only applies to people with enough money or generous legal cover insurance to pay a part-time judge as your barrister. I'm not the first to call employment tribunals kangaroo courts - numerous online articles do exactly that. #EmploymentTribunalReform

@kpa20201 Even @Peter__Done, the founder of @peninsula_uk, knows that if you take no action when people do something wrong, it will send them a message that they can keep doing things wrong!!!
